Man sues Pepsi over error on cans

JOLIET — A misprint on the back of a Pepsi can has prompted hundreds of pop-drinking, auto-racing fans to call Roger Zabel's house at all hours, day or night, in search of answers to their most pressing questions.
What's it cost to get into Chicagoland Speedway? Are they racing this weekend? Where can I buy tickets to see Jeff Gordon race?

Ahhh, the joy of Pepsi.

The soft-spoken Caterpillar worker has filed a lawsuit in Will County Circuit Court against Pepsico Inc. and the owners of Joliet's Chicagoland Speedway over the misprint on the backs of what he believes are millions of Pepsi cans. The promotional cans encourage fans to call the NASCAR track for information about the July 14 race featuring driver Jeff Gordon.

Sexy TV Linked to Sex Behavior in Some Teens

NEW YORK (Reuters Health) - Some teens who watch television programs with high sexual content appear to engage in sexual behaviors more often than those who watch other types of TV programs, according to new research.

Although the association was not very strong, Dr. Cheryl L. Somers and a colleague at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan found the link between sex and sexy TV was more solid within certain groups, including Hispanic-American teens.

But does sex on television influence teens' behaviors, or are sexual adolescents more attracted to sexy shows?

Unprotected sex is an anti-depressant, claim doctors

At last, the proof the world has been waiting for sex is an anti-depressant.

Researchers have discovered that women who have sex frequently are less depressed, but it is not down to the joy of sex itself, it's the result of the effects of mood-changing chemicals trans- ferred from the man.

They say that hormones and other chemicals in semen get into the woman's bloodstream and may act like an anti-depressant.

In research being published in the Archives of Sexual Behaviour this week, psychologists logged the sexual activities and depression scores of 300 women.

First a gynaecologist, then a driving licence

The Lithuanian government is going to introduce changes to the law about driving licence for women. Pursuant to the law of this Baltic country, women are supposed to undergo gynaecological examination in order to obtain a driving licence.

Such a requirement was explained with the fact that a strong pain, which is a symptom of several women’s diseases, might become the reason of a car accident. However, there have been so many claims of discrimination during the time when the law is in effect since no man is supposed to have such an examination in Lithuania. The ministry for healthcare said that there were no illnesses that could prevent a woman from proper and safe driving. One of the spokespeople of the ministry said that the law should have been cancelled long ago: “Our country looks more than strange because of it.”

Candid camera in ladies’ room

The owner of one of Internet Cafes in Malaysia installed a mini camera in the ladies’ room – not in the room itself, but right in the w.c. pan. One of the visitors found the cam incidentally and called the police. Police officers asked questions to the owner of the cafe, but he rejected everything, claiming he heard about the cam for the first time. The police then examined, how the cam was connected, and it turned out that the unique view could be seen on the computer screen of the owner of the cafe. There were several tapes found in the office, which were filmed by that camera. Thirty-year-old “cameraman” was found guilty on several articles of the criminal code: he will most likely spend up to five years in prison.

War stress wears out prostitutes.

PERTH prostitutes were reeling from exhaustion following an influx of United States sailors stressed from a stint in a war zone, a well-known madam said today.

Mary-Anne Kenworthy said she was forced to close the doors of her famous Langtrees brothel for only the third time ever yesterday because her prostitutes were so worn out they could no longer provide a quality service.

When she realised the sex workers just couldn't cope any more she closed Langtrees doors for a day rather than risk the brothel's reputation.
